PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The following personal data protection policy is in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and regulates the conditions under which your personal data is being collected, processed and stored.
Definitions

Governing principles
“3A Steel” Ltd collects your personal data when you use the website https://www.3ablock.com/ (hereinafter to referred as “the website”) or use our services.
“3A Steel” Ltd strictly follows the main requirements when collecting and processing personal data:

“3A Steel” Ltd collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- when concluding or fulfilling a contract, drafting of accounting documents such as an offer, procurement or invoice for rendered services;
- when fulfilling legislative requirement – for the purposes set in the Bulgarian Accountancy Law, Bulgarian Tax and Social-Insurance Procedure Code and etc.;
- when required by state authority;
- for the purposes of direct marketing.
Your rights with regard to collecting your personal data
You have the following rights with regard to the collecting and processing of your personal data:
- information about the processed personal data and access to it;
- corrections and additions to the collected data;
- erase of data in case of legislative grounds for this;
- limitation of the processing by 3A Steel Ltd in case of legislative grounds for this;
- transfer of personal data between administrators – this right gives you the opportunity to receive your data from 3A Steel Ltd and to transfer them to another administrator;
- objection against the processing of your personal data, in case of legislative grounds for this;
- right to legal defense in case your rights have been violated;

Protection of your personal data
3A Steel takes all necessary measures to protect your personal data from breaches, malicious interventions or loss. We do not give your personal data to third persons before we make sure that all technical organizational measures have been taken for its protection. Such third persons can be couriers, subcontractors, banks and etc.
We can also give access to your personal data when there are legislative grounds for this – if you provide your explicit consent, if the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection gives permission to do so, or by the order of authorities such as the National Revenue Agency, the court, prosecutor’s office ant etc.
Time limit
3A Steel collects and processes your personal data only as long as this is necessary for the purposes of its collection and within the legally set time limit. We delete all the collected information from you and destroy it in accordance with the legal requirements. We do not keep your personal data indefinitely.
Transfer between countries
3A Steel takes all necessary measures to process and protect your personal data and will not transfer it outside of the European Economic Area without fulfilling all legal requirements.
Changes in the Personal data protection policy
3A Steel has the right to amend the following Personal data protection policy at any time without giving prior notice. Such amendments shall enter into force immediately upon their publication on the website.
Types of collected personal data
When you create an account in our website or subscribe for our special offers we have to collect the following personal data: name, post address, phone number, email, bank card info and etc. If additional documents such as invoices have to be issued, we may collect additional information from you.
3A Steel may keep your orders history for the purpose of greater knowledge of your preferences so we can be of a better service for you.
Purposes of personal data processing
3A Steel processes your personal data in the following cases:
- to fulfill our contract obligations towards you;
- to send you important messages such as updates on your orders or changes in our policies;
- advertising and marketing, incl. based on your previous orders.
Managing your personal data
